It´s impossible to miss the latest craze, which has flooded social media (excuse the pun), raised millions for charity, and become a hot topic of conversation worldwide! The Ice Bucket Challenge was started by the charity ALS, and just in case you’ve missed what it’s all about, it involves tipping a bucket filled with ice on top of you, filming it, posting it online, and then nominating others to do the same. The rules state that if you correctly complete the challenge, you only have to donate 10$ (or equivalent in euros/pounds), but if you refuse to participate after being nominated, you have to donate 100$ to ALS. As well as raising money, the Ice Bucket Challenge has also raised awareness of the Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and the charity ALS. In terms of raising money, it’s a similar process to the #nomakeupselfie we saw in the UK a few months back, but this one is perhaps a little more challenging…
